What a fabulous evening! We went to a local spot in Mystic that is on the water and next to the marina. The breeze off the water was great {90 and humid here yesterday} and they had a local band playing

This was our view

After I looked at the pictures I asked him why he wasn't smiling ~ this child always has a smile on his face ~whether he is up to good, bad, or indifferent. Uh mom, did you realize the sun was pelting me in the face and I couldn't see even with my sunglasses on? Oops ~ how was I to know that? My back was to it.

It was such a wonderful treat to spend one on one time with my son. I just don't get that anymore with his busy work and golf schedule.
Thanks Nick, I had a fabulous time!

If this is where you live on a daily basis, there is no need to be envious of me going to MI! Wow!
Thanks for stopping by my blog!
I love Mystic...haven't been there in a while but it is one of many places that makes Connecticut wonderful.
