It's  amazing what a little time of away from the daily drudge can do for your disposition.

I'm refreshed and renewed

 Ready for a new project

A few last licks of summer fun

Clam bakes with friends

Beach club gatherings

Getting back into the summer swing here on the east coast.

In celebration of the heat wave {we returned just in time!} I'll be taking it slow and easy this afternoon.

A day by the water with sun, sand, and a few good friends is just what is required for such a celebration .

Keep cool
Take it easy!

I have a few fun photos of our trip to share with you but they will have to wait just a few more days.

It's too sunny and bright to stay indoors!

Very nice. Just as it should be. Can't wait to see those photos.
If you know a way to mail grated zucchini, I'm very happy to share. I could mail regular (ungrated) zucchini and squash to you. Would it last?

We should do a side by side photo of ourselves freshly home from our vacations.

You: calm, centered, reinvigorated, refreshed.

Me: Sleep deprived, exhausted, bags under my eyes, and half of the oregon coast beach to wash away from our car and clothes. But with a parcel of very happy kids & memories.

Glad you're home. We have lots to catch up on!

Yeah, after the winter we had, and the current humidity this part of the country is facing, California weather seems ideal, right? Looks like you're having a great time!
