Decisions, decisions ....

These two cuties are up for adoption. We've been asked if we're interested in one or both.

How do you say no?

How do you say yes to only one?

How do you manage a {very, over the top, just shy of neurotic} clean household with 3 bulldogs?

We already have one ... my loyal confidant ... Bozley.

Seriously, I'm trying to think with my head and not my heart but they are just too stinkin cute!

I don't want to turn into one of "those" people that you talk about. Oh, you know who I'm talking about. Those animal people that are OVER the top and just plain weird.

Until we got our first bulldog I didn't like animals at all! I tried to convince my son when he was little that animals carried  {really horrible} germs and we didn't want to get sick. I bought him a fish that he pet to death ~ yea, I know, not a good mother.

Now look at me, I'm actually contemplating a small litter of them.

Those sweet little faces are pulling at my heart strings and sucking me in ... my husband  is of little help.

How can I sleep knowing they are homeless? Well, they aren't actually on the street but they do need a home.

HELP! ;)

Aw! I feel your pain Jo. I would want them both too. They are the cutest puppies I have EVER seen! You must have them in your family. I'm sure it would work out. You could try it for a little while maybe. Good luck with this tough decision.

Thank you for entering my giveaway and for reading along on my blog all this time. I appreciate it.

There are several schools....Bozley might like to be an only dog; you should see how he likes the Pups. I think it's great for a dog to have a playmate, Honey & Biscuit go together so well. But it means more running through the house, more cleanup, more dusting. Doesn't matter, I love having two dogs and wouldn't have it any other way. Three dogs, now that's another matter, unless you have outdoor dogs...I don't know if I am helpful, but gosh darn those little faces are sooo adorable!

Absolutely precious!!!!! Before we added a dog to our family, we had to make sure that it would be a good fit with our 2 children (and another on the way) and our two older kitties. I am a HUGE animal lover, so my heart just takes over. My husband is more grounded. Our greyhound met the family and 5 years later, she is perfect! My husband and I have talked though...almost wish we would have gotten on of her siblings too! Best wishes on your decision. You sound like you have a lot of love for these cuties already! ;)

If you don't want them, I'll take them! Miss Weezer would love to have a little brudder & sister Bullie to hang out with!
Yes, I am one of those crazy dog people - no kids, spoil our Bullie crazy, donate to only dog rescues, am a Bulldog foster parent.
You know how much work a Bullie is, think of that x3! We had 2 and it was a lot of work, not to mention heartache when they both passed away.
Tell whoever has the pups to go to: http://www.rescuebulldogs.org/ and find a rescue organization in your area - they will find these little Bullie Babies the perfect home if you decide not to take them.
I wish I lived closer, I'd come pick them up this afternoon! ;-)
Decisions, Decisions. I know you'll make the one that suits your family best! Happy Weekend!

Oh they are too cute! How could you choose between the two??? I have two dogs and kitty, so I'm constantly cleaning around them. I have to say that animals (especially ours) are high-maintenace, so that's something to think about:) Good luck!

Awwww...hard to resist! We have two dogs and at one time we had three. I will offer this~ three was alot. Especially if you want to travel at all. Three tipped the scale for me. We were totally in love with them, but it was hard.
Three times the vet bills, three time the boarding fees {if you can find one 'good enough'}three times the training and attention... think long and hard. And having said that~ three times the sweet love!

Oh my! I am so glad I am not in your shoes right now. I cannot resist a puppy!!

Can they have a play date for the weekend?
Bozley could go either way, you never know.
It's like kids...as soon as the baby days are over...you want more. It was that way for me I'm afraid with Gracie. Realized it was a bit of "empty nest" pulling on my leash!
I'm just sayin.

Ya know, we got Hannah first and she wasn't too thrilled when we brought Panda home. BUT she was the loner type. She did snap at him a few times - even until the end. But it was easy for us because Hannah was my girl and Panda was Jamie's boy. So walks were easy, givin' them loves was easy. It was really expensive in the end - 2 sick Bullies at the same time can empty your bank account. But I wouldn't change a thing. They were the best things that ever happened to me (I'm childless, tho). Just see how they do together. Usually you'd want a male & a female in the Bulldog breed, but just see how it goes. If they're both neutered, they may end up being the best of buddies! Let me know what happens to the little girl Bella. If you have any questions, let me know - but you're an experience Bullie owner so you'll do great! I can't wait to see lots and lots of pics!!! They're so stinkin cute when they are pups & teenagers!

Oh Jo, they are so sweet ~ how would Bozley cope? Good luck with the decision you make.
We had a standard schnauzer Oscar and then we thought he needed a playmate and we got Heidi (Giant Schnauzer)
Oscar was really put out and in the end friends of ours wanted him, so we gave him to them.
We had the fish in the bowl, that lasted all of about two days, before my Son loved them too much.

Happy weekend

Hi Jo!
Thank you for stopping by
P&H and for your dear comment.
I promise you, most of my
posts are happier : )!!
I have enjoyed strolling
through your archives. I
love wineries, too, and your
post on Paso Robles was great!
As to puppies, I am a terrible
one to ask....as I have been
surfing the web for a possible
companion for our Gracie. She
is small so I'd like another
peanut, too...I'm not sure how
big these Frenchies get??? But
I have to think, for a dog,
that having companions of {YOUR
OWN KIND!} must be wonderful.
And, the puppy stage doesn't
last long, so the hardest part
will fly by. Just some thoughts!
Hope you are enjoying your
weekend and good luck with the
decision! xx Suzanne

They need play mates of course... so my vote is for all three! They are absolutely adorable... the decision would break my heart as well!

They are so cute! We have 3 bullies. We went to our vet/breeder to get a 2nd dog. After 4 hours of indecision, we went home with 2 puppies. My husband swears we will never ever get just 1 puppy at a time again. It was SO much easier with 2 than 1 - they were immediately at home, potty trained in no time and since our Daisy is a few years older, they play more with each other. The only down time is when they all need their yearly check up and shots. i just try to spread them out over a few months to help with the cost. Food, not an issue - thank goodness for the 40lb bag of Iams weight control food. A bag usually lasts a month.
Can't wait to hear what you decided!
